Yes! Warrior Tech offers a free first class for both kids and adults. It's a great opportunity to experience our programs before committing.

Kids' classes are tailored for ages 5 and up, focusing on functional fitness, skills training, and obstacle practice.

Morrisville: 

• Beginner Classes: Monday–Friday at 4:15 PM & 5:15 PM | Saturday at 11:00 AM
• Intermediate Classes: Monday - Thursday at 6:00 PM (90 minutes; by invitation or coach approval)

Raleigh:

• All Level Classes: Monday - Friday at 4:30 PM | Monday & Wednesday at 5:30 PM | Saturday at 10:00 AM
• Intermediate Classes: Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 (90 minutes; by invitation or coach approval)

Yes, the "Ninjas in Training" program is designed for younger children, offering 45-minute sessions to introduce them to ninja skills in a fun environment.
